Two summers ago I weighed 120 lbs. soaking wet. I was skinny, not very confident, and unhappy with my overall health and aesthetics. I took it upon my self to educate myself about proper nutrition and workouts at the gym and after 3 months, this was the result. Unfortunately after this transformation, I had lost motivation, got lazy, and stopped working out for basically 2 years. Finally, just recently I started to work out again and I couldn’t be anymore motivated. I currently weigh 165 lbs. hoping to weigh in on the morning of my 21st birthday on August 13th @ 180 lbs. I will not be posting again until then! (partly because none of my clothes fit me right now anyways) Wish me luck :) and see you with my progress in August! Hold me accountable 😌
